IT IS more than a ruN

IT IS A MOVEMENT

pace for peace

pace for peace

Located in Boise, Idaho. Pace for Peace (P4P) is founded and run by current students from three local universities and young professionals. Our goal is to come together to build community with refugees and locals, ultimately bringing attention to global humanitarian issues and connecting them back to our local community.

Boise has one of the highest populations of refugees per capita in the U.S.; and since 1975, has accepted over 30,000 refugees from more than 50 countries. We would like to open our arms to all community members and help refugees get to know the city, have an opportunity to be healthy and active, and meet other active people who have lived in Boise.

SEPTEMBER 27TH - VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK - BOISE, IDAHO - 3:00PM-SUNSET

THANK YOU for another incredible Pace for Peace last Saturday! Thanks to our sponsors, participants, volunteers and community members who shared resources to make this event happened we raised a total of $4,467 to donate to the Qamar Foundation!

This is going to provide essential aid to families who lost their homes in the earthquake, like food, shelter, and clothing.

We appreciate everyone who bought a ticket, donated, and spread the word. When we work together, learning more, spreading awareness and raising funds, it brings us steps closer to peace for Afghanistan.
